Boycott Lichess.org

Lichess' support for BLM is shameful. I'd encourage people to use a platform like chess.com or chess24 instead, as political commentary is not allowed. It's Marxist propaganda. They've been doing it for at least 60 years. Liberals are called "useful idiots" because you can emotionally manipulate their morals into creating a social movement that you can use for upheaval even to the point of overthrowing the government. in the KGB they had a phrase, liberals get the bullet first, because after the Marxists take power they have to get rid of the enemies that are closest to them.
So, in other words, we should boycott Lichess because it has been manipulating liberals for 60 years?
No thanks, I'm good.
Lichess' support of Greta and BLM (I think some radical feminist of LGBT community currently lacking in this row) indeed is shameful, but nobody care even to think to leave lichess because of this.

And don't get me wrong, we must support organizations which do things (like saving forests, preserving nature, exterminating traditionalism). But not viral madness and lack of common sense.

chess.com/blog/erik/black-lives-matter Alsdo, political commentary is very much allowed. If not, all the threads about BLM would be closed within a couple hours. But, yet, the blog post discussion was open for 1000+ comments, despite the comment war.
Due to their support for a racist movement whose primary goal is not to save Black Lives but further a political agenda. Not to mention BLM is linked to the terrorist organization Antifa. You can support equality and justice without supporting BLM.
@hal9k Wait they support Greta Thunberg, lol. Have a link to the post, i need something to laugh at.
pretty stupid @SonoftheSun1, like it or not, the team here has built a really good platform at no mandatory cost. It's regretful that they decided to promote a political organisation instead of causes that are actually worthy of their platform. It didn't take me long to find the following candidates,

chesshomeless.org/donate/
www.chessinschools.co.uk/
www.chessforsuccess.org/
linktr.ee/ChessInSlums

If lichess wanted to do something they could pat themselves on the back about, it wouldn't be difficult for them to search themselves. Instead of throwing their hat into the ring of a highly divisive political conflict, they could support causes that everyone can rally behind.

What you could try to do do is expose their virtue signalling by pointing out the more worthy causes to the community and undermine the high opinion the Lichess team have of themselves and their political opinions. Pressure people who donate to Lichess to remove their donations, in favour of other organisations.

Just leaving Lichess will do nothing, especially when you don't take anything with you.
