seems like it's some unknown activity like virus or something, not only in internent, but in world too inclunding your own mind, so something is reacting on your behaviour whener you do something or do not,and tries to focus your emotions and thinking to some unpleasant attitude, when you don't feel like sure in your own actions.that' precise description of what they really do
