A problem with main page

I like solving puzzles of the day. And I also like watching Lichess TV. Sometimes when I open the main page, especially late in the evening, I look at the TV box and take it for the problem of the day. So I open it and start trying to solve. The position there often has no moves leading to immediate advantage or checkmate, so I get confused. And then a piece moves without my permission, and I get confused even more. Is it possible to do something with it?

The only games that show up on lichess tv for me are bullet games, so they usually make a move within a second of when I look at it. (I mean, you're not gonna click on a moving puzzle, are you?) If all you get are slower games, just make sure you click on the one that has "puzzle of the day" under it for the puzzle of the day.
