You shouldn't be able to request a rematch after a win

In my opinion it is bad manners to ask for a rematch after you've beaten someone that you were randomly matched up against. It should be possible for players to turn off rematch requests from other players.
IMO, if you were badly beaten, you shouldn't ask for a rematch, but then how do you learn?

If you make a silly mistake, offering a rematch, just to get even, is a good thing.

BTW, you can easily decline the offer, so it shouldn't even be a discussion.
60% of bullet and blitz wins are from flags ( atleast for me ) so it doesnt really mean i have beatun my opponent. rest 30% is where we have an extremely close match and he looses may be due to distaction/time pressure/smallest of blunder. Only the remaining 10% of the time you may consider not to rematch. Coming to rapid and classical , more you play more you learn . Hence your opnion is wrong, but if you dont think so you cant always decline/ignore rematch offers.
Declining a rematch is everyone's good right, but especially at fast chess, accepting the rematch to start a longer match is good etiquette
This idea is seemingly unnecessary.

You see, I put the word *seemingly* in that sentence so it still sounds like I know what I'm talking about, without actually having to verify any of what I say with *facts* or *good arguments*; you know, it seems like this idea is unnecessary, and I can't be incorrect about that!
