Why politics on Lichess?

You should stop pinging everyone with this question before it really starts looking like spam.

@thibault No one answers it which is very interesting considering its the best solution we have for climate change but the left tends to be against it. This movement is about imposing regulation and government control. Of course bringing that up is inconvenient for the narrative and censorship is another part of controlling behavior so asking the question is "spam".

I kind of want to know why the guy who started this thread after 14k games got banned on the same day this came out.

The trick to getting away with cheating is to not draw attention to yourself. Then if you are really really lucky you might get away for some time.

What the hell is wrong with all you people? If you don't like the "ad", ignore it.
I am just happy to see that more and more people are getting aware of the climate crisis. Thanks lichess for contributuing to that!

No. I said if you are gonna cheat, you better not use the forum. Moderators have a tendency to frequent the forum.

I actually like to answer that question if okay...
I think nuclear power can never be more than a solution for some years to come until we have not that dangerous solutions, which producing dangerous and toxic garbage for a longer time than we can even guarantee ANY storage medium known at this time to last as long... And i think its already possible to replace a lot more power plants with renewable energy solutions than we do... the rest can be filled (for now) with other (more dangerous or more dirty) power.
