Who sent the rematch offer?

It would be nice to see a "white sent a rematch offer", "black declines rematch offer" and etc in the chat box when we're spectating games. We'd know who's pushing the match on, which side still feels like fighting and etc. Not very significant but still would be nice to see.

Is there a reason why we just see a "rematch offer sent" instead?

How on earth does sending (or not sending) a rematch request after the match is over tell you anything like this?
