Unfair Ruling and judging of prize winners in the FIDE Social chess day

Hi everyone,
Zoomie cat here
I would like to express my dissapointment in the ruling of prize winners in the FIDE social chess day marathon
In the regulations. It states the following:
A player is only eligible for a prize if they have at least played 5 games
A list of players who played less and won smth
@Ekaaksh1
@oshinilashini
@greatgirish
@Aniel_S_C
@Erviss
@Blauer_Lemming
@Backspac50
@tejas_j
astounding that @yahyaaa_x7 and @Slowhand86 wins a prize and has played a total of 0 games

@gilbertj1903
@Ahimalya_2025
@kuhan2015
I could go on forever...
Disgusting that @Trainingspa29 got olymiad trip having played 0 games
@YBNVS also got olympiad trip with less than 5 games
FIDE has allowed many people to 'game the system; and to rob the prizes of deserved winners.

Including a list of ppl who didnt even play:

Below i quote the regulations
4.3. Eligibility and Selection Process:
4.3.1. To be eligible for prize selection, participants must:
Be registered Lichess users, with an account in good standing
Play at least five (5) games during the 24-hour event.
There were many players in the top 100 who didnt get anything too
By the time of the event, i was playing under the unitated nations flag
I Played 14 hours,
FIDE broke their own rules. I demand a refund of my lost 148 rating points. And a re-drawing of prize winners, where they will be re-assigned to the hard earned winners

I ask this to be dealt with by lichess officials, and FIDE staff who made the draw
For someone like me who dedicates hours on end a day to chess, this is heartbreaking. Thats why i created such a big problem

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as it does appear to be an oversight not in line with the regulations of the event. We're currently communicating with FIDE to check what has happened here, and what the next steps will be.

Given the Women's World Cup just ending, and it creeping into evening in Georgia, it may take more than 24 hours for an update, but we'll try to give an update as soon as we can.

Hi zoomie, maybe you remember me. I also noticed that many of these people were banned / their acc is closed, like @ikkkofa (olympiad invitation) and @Drake (talk with GM Abasov). Here is the list of the prize winners: https://www.fide.com/fide-celebrates-5-5-million-moves-and-announces-prize-winners-for-social-chess-day-tournament/ As a side note, it was also interesting to see that I actually knew some of the prize winners.
