I'd play, only if the timing was slightly different --- 1 tournament per 4 hours:
1/4+0 ,1+0, 3+0, 5+0, 0+3, 5+3

So even fast players enjoy participating in official games.

I second this idea. Pretty sure there are many players from different time zones, myself included, who would like to participate in official tournaments. Not to mention that having a variety of time controls, namely bullet time controls, would attract more players. Just my two cents.
