Suggestion: Add achievements to Lichess

Hi Lichess staff. i would like that some of you read this, i recommend to add achievements to made the platform more interestant (and you know, lichess is cool, but this will made it best), also this would made lichess more addictive that it was, for me is an great idea and players and Lichess can get the beneficied

What kind of achievements? Like Rosen Trophies? You can already see those here: https://rosen-score.vercel.app/ But if they were integrated into Lichess, it would just encourage people to try to get them rather than playing real games. It would just make Lichess really cheesy in my opinion.

Does chess.com have these achievements? I wouldn't be surprised, honestly. But even if chess.com has them, it doesn't mean Lichess does. Lichess can be (and is) better than chess.com, it doesn't have to copy its mistakes.

Ideally the only achievement should be win and nothing else. If you are talking about weird stuffs like targets then that's just a different thing of fun (not serious chess) which you can do on chess.com. Don't make Lichess like that site.

Achievments to a chess website? Maybe not the best idea. I mean I can see it happening, but achievments to chess just sounds a little wierd.

I literally Made the suggest thinking in chess.com achievements, But im seeing that you dont like the site to much, for me both sites are practically the same, and It Will be fun to get all lichess achievements if someday this get added, sorry if i annoyed someone by chess.com mention

Lichess is for playing chess, not for bragging that you've already played against someone from a tiny island from the other side of the globe. I think that's perfectly fine, we should stay who we are, rather then trying to become green.

while i like the idea, i don't like this particular reason. i mean what would lichess gain form us spending hours on it? Not as if it runs on ads or anything, so there is no use to getting us addicted. so the right thing for the wrong reasons ig@Akbar2thegreat said in #5:

maybe he is rather talking of getting an achievement for e.g. being able to solve puzzles of a certain difficulty.

and online chess can hardly be called serious chess. It is rather hard to find someone to actually play long games with(unless yk them irl, but same goes for chess.com). otb is the real deal, imho

has been tried before actually. i am quite a fan of the website tbh.
