SERIOUS BUG! LOSING ON TIME WHEN IT WAS DRAWN!!!

The game ended when I ran out of time. When I ran out of time I had a king and pawn left on the board only. My opponent ONLY HAD A KING AND BISHOP! Because My opponent did not have sufficient mating material it should have been a draw. The game was counted as a loss instead of a draw. This is elementary please fix this.
You can still be mated if you promote your pawn to a knight and block in your own king with it in the corner.
By the rules, if you run out of time it is assumed that you will play the worst possible moves from then on, so your opponent gets the win unless it is absolutely impossible for you to be mated by any legal sequence of moves.
I assume you mean this game ...

(Please post links to the game you wish to complain about.)

It is (theoretically) possible, depending on ability to promote a pawn and win a game, that you could have won the game.

But, you lost on time.

In addition, you were in check and forced to move back, away from your pawn when time ran-out. (See "theoretical" remark above.)

What are you whining, crying and complaining about?

I don't see anything that needs "fixing," other than possibly an adjustment to your attitude (and perspective), and comprehension of logic per the rules of the game.
There have been billions games played and people think of elementary bugs...

Looks not very insufficient, does it?
