2. You guys seriously need to fix the puzzles.
Either build an AI to find good ones for each rating group, or set up a page where people put bad puzzles, and redo the code based off that, and maybe repeat.
3. Hourglass is where 2 people share an amount of time. Using time gives it to your opponent. In my opinion, increments should be halved, but you creators can do what you think is best. Maybe you can adjust the time controls by playing a few games yourself.
