When i create the new play option I always choose to play white first. sometimes I get thrown into a new game as black without me asking for it. If I immediately decline that gain and offer this opponent the other color, I sometimes get "time outs" telling me that I must play every game I start. But I did not start these games ! I will play black with any opponent who chooses to play a second game with me, but I must be doing something wrong here !
I dont choose a new game as black, i am tossed into this game and then penalized if I choose to not play ! What am I doing wrong ?

You're aborting games, which is annoying for your opponent. And you're doing it to get the colour you want, whereas the site tries to balance the games so that you play an equal number of games with both colours, over time. Stop aborting games and you'll stop getting warned that you're breaking the rules.
You are the kind of guy who irritates me. I wish they would give you a time-out of about one year. Learn how to play with either color, as it comes. You're like a kid who wants an exact chosen flavor of ice cream. If it doesn't come that way, you have a tantrum.
I appreciate the first explanation since I never found any rule about alternating colors. I play both colors as soon as i find an opponent. sparowe14 is a rude probably immature child. why would you waste your time with such a stupid comment. All i wanted to know is what the 'rules' are...other than rules of chess. thank you doofen for the explanation.
