Proposition of good behavior restriction for chat and time

Played a lot here and became very familiar with typical ways of people to run away from loses, so I suggest:

First, there must be some sort of simple estimation for each variant, who is winning side, who is loosing based on time used, occurrence of fast moves (probably most important criteria!) and pieces balance.

- block "Good game" or "Well played" messages or similar from winning side (optionally, if wining side made a lot of fast moves or balance was too superior). Mostly players use this message to say "look how good I was", when they won first game after dozen of looses which is of course funny and ridiculous.

- block adding time from winning side to loosing side (best idea here is allow adding time only if evaluation shows good moves for side which time is added).

- count leaving as instant loss in anonymous games with fast time control, every time i'm playing from mobile win is when green dot became gray, not when you put mate.

These things may seriously repulse new players who try to play without signing in. Oh, and it would be great to be able to choose variant and games from list in mobile app (it's almost impossible to find variant players in it), but this is different story.
In order to have those "evaluation based" items you mentioned, there would have to be an instance of Stockfish monitoring every game being played on the site. This is so impractical.
Also, you need a clear definition of "winning". Opinions differ from engine to engine; Stockfish, Komodo, and Leela will produce three different evaluations of the same position; and Stockfish evaluations differ from opening database and endgame tablebase evaluations, as well as from CLOUD-based stored evaluations.

If you have a problem with a player's behavior, use the report form lichess.org/report .
And furthermore, many people use the gg/wp (Good Game, Well Played) as a basic form of politeness and sportsmanship, and take it as such when their winning opponent uses these phrases.

I realize they can be used to the with the opposite intent, but disallowing the winning side from using basic polite phrases because some people invert their meaning and common usage seems counterproductive.

As for not letting the winning side give time to the losing side, this is precisely how it is supposed to work, when one side is down and both players want a more competitive (albeit unranked, as per the "new players" comment) game.
In most of variants you don't need Stockfish to estimate position, oftenly just piece counting is fine. But again, very fast moves of one side in compare to slow of other are usually enough to detect person who must not be allowed to chat or to add time.

It's incorrect that you need to monitor games with Stockfish, position evaluation requred at the moment of button press, which is rare.

I know perfecty that such bad bechaviour is banned, it works just fine. Even more, time adding is common in low rated games below 1700 and became much more rare on 2000+ level. But still, why not to make thing more compartable? There is still chat which gladly deliver your insult and it will be more straight then weirid time adding.

It's easy to improve sides you noticed, for example, any chat messages instantly unblocked after first message of loosing side.

Have you ever seen time adding was used in way you describe? I don't even remember case when it was not "my evaluation shows mate in 9, where is this plus button" or "my head shows mate in 2, where is this plus etc" .

You will be laughing, but last time I played guy managed even to say "good luck" and leave with meaning that my last win was just luck. Damn inventive ;D

"block "Good game" or "Well played" messages or similar from winning side"

LOL
