Problem with entering the tournament

Hello, I have a rating of 1400. I go to the tournament page U1500 SuperBlitz Arena and the "participate" button is not active. Condition Rating ≤ 1500 in Blitz is red. A week ago I went without any problems. Why is this happening?

Your rating can not be over 1500 anytime within the last week. It looks like yours just barely was.

Is it serious? Like I did not have such rules

Yes, the rating has to be below the threshold for the last 7 days. And yours was above 1500 5 days ago.
