Players leaving ongoing games

While playing as anonymous, people are trolling (because they get mad after losing) and leaving ongoing games or resigning games and then leaving. I think you should give 5 minute waiting period after few quick resigns/leaving in the middle of the game, so people cannot do this.

And you should also allow chat in anonymous games. Weak minds can hide the chat.

The solution is to not play against anonymous players. There is no way to enforce the penalties you recommend because the accounts are anonymous (duh!). Also, anon chat was removed long ago because it was more abused than useful.
