You are overly obsessed with your rating. This is exactly why Lichess doesn't have a Puzzles leaderboard.
It's not always like that.
When you spend a lot of time solving puzzles, thinking for hours and the system simply does not increase or decrease rating, anybody can feel enraged, angry or can also post on a forum telling this incident. It is human nature.
if you focus too much on the bad side, you could forget the good side completely...

"Simply does not increase or decrease rating"
It was a few isolated incidents, and I have clearly explained the reason but @OrangeMjau is skeptical despite having little knowledge of Lichess's inner workings.

What in the world..
I reported bad behavior and experience with puzzle rating because I want it fixed. If there is a bug, then it ought to at least be recognized. Instead, I'm told I'm obsessed with puzzle rating, the implication being that my opinion does not matter because I am obsessed with puzzle rating. Great. So much for trying to improve lichess.
If frequency of occurrence matters for this, then you could ask me about it.

@OrangeMjau IMO you should put this problem in Lichess' GitHub (if you already use it; because I don't) and hope that your bug could get solved. Besides that, don't focus on personal statements as done by (@)IamNOTamod

No personal attack here, just an observation.
And I never said your opinion does not matter, Orange. I said it is simply wrong. But as you are not convinced, I shall leave the job to more patient people, and unsubscribe from this thread.

Do you believe that lichess chooses a puzzle you've had before, and then, if you solve the puzzle, lichess realizes the puzzle was one you had before, and doesn't give you points? Wouldn't lichess not give you that puzzle in the first place?
I believe that yes, lichess can offer you a duplicate. It probably would be better for lichess to not do that, but I can imagine a developer thinking it's not worth the time & effort to make the change.

I've never seen it do this. Have you? And if it does do this, and then later detects that it gave you a duplicate and gives you no points, why would it not simply give you a different puzzle in the first place?

same problem with me

I don't know. But it's easy to imagine a plausible sequence of events. Lets say that the first implementation was simply picking a puzzle at random from the set of puzzles, maybe within a rating range; points are always awarded. But then people discover that the same puzzle can be played over and over (remember that puzzles can also be selected by ID), boosting rating each time, so the developers create a puzzle history and check it before applying Glicko. If they had applied your solution instead, that wouldn't correct this intentional boosting.

Occasionally, I solve a puzzle and it just gets a green checkmark or red X (instead of a ratings change). I assume it is due to being solved in the past. That is plausible to me, but I haven't tried to confirm it (it may not be possible to fetch one's entire puzzle history). I don't think it has ever happened while I was offline.
Also occasionally, someone will post to the forum a "hack" they discovered on how to cheat the puzzle system. Some of those involve revealing the solution to a puzzle while offline, then reconnecting and solving it again, for points. I guess that supports your contention that puzzles concluded while offline don't cause a ratings update. The general consensus is to dismiss the problem with the attitude that cheating and boosting your puzzle rating doesn't hurt the rest of us, so we don't care.
