I did more than 1000 puzzles and I haven't yet seen a puzzle like you describe.
I think you just don't understand some of the puzzles like the puzzle 61385.
So After you did a puzzle, turn on the lichess engine and look through the lines to understand the puzzle and see and learn what you did not understand before.
