lichess time zone

I set up a private tournament for players who are in three different time zones. I would like to tell players the start time of the tournament in their time zone.
They will see the tournament time in their own timezone on the tournament page.
Your PC will adjust for daylight saving..UTC never does.
Almost every time without other players move my time started running......even in other palyers move my tym dosnt stops😠😠😠😠😠😠

That's not related to the topic at all, but you probably have connection issues.
If you make a move and your clock is still running, that's because your move wasn't sent to lichess yet.
I can't imagine what else your problem might be.
Have you searched the web for "Internet users per time zone"

If you want to make a chess tournament on line in your own country, then you might want to pick the peak internet time zone of your country.

I wonder if the peaks reflect the group that's on this site?

A feature needed from Lichess would be an IP geolocation hourly peak indicator for the site users.
You can then see historic data on when your local area was at it's peak on this site.
Hopefully you will also see the day of the week it peaks at.
Then you can have your specific local tournament set using historical data for the best time to make your tournament.

One of these Saturday mornings during my local time, I'll be making my local lichess tournament and then pick the top players to meet in town (the following week) to have an OTB tournament. They would then be able to get rated by a chess federation and maybe get more if the players paid to participate.

This is what I think the future for large chess tournament could become. The internet chess site work with the Chess federations. The larger groups on the internet and a small (round robin) group OTB that gets rated by the local Chess Federation.

Only the best from the internet chess tournaments would meet to have an OTB tournament in towns.
