Since 3 months, I cant play on lichess on my schoolipad in the school. Today I saw a clip from Gothamchess where he explains that you can outspart this when you type schoolschoolschool.com and you get to Chess.com even if it is banned.
I would find it nice if Lichess also does something like for that I can play Lichess in school :)

School is for learning, not to play chess. You can play chess in your leisure time. Chess will not pay your bills later, school will.

Try installing Windscribe It's a VPN I use, When you make an account you get 10free GB of data per month. This should help you be able to access lichess yet again.

Your school's rules are probaly too strict and messed up. You should change schools

Strange I learned chess at school, form a school paid teacher..
So I think school is for learning, and sometimes for learning chess also.

Probably, but not always, ask Carl Magnus how he pay his bill.
And even without reaching such extreme example, chess is undoubtedly an important tool in learning process IMHO, so may don't pay your bill directly, but the skill you learned due to chess (concentration and "systematic thinking") could be very handy (not to say core) in skills that very likely pay your bills

It might vary from country to country, in France (I didn't even have a phone) you can't bring phones, even in leisure time
