lichess did not showed me opponent move...

hi,
so in my last game ,i took the rook of my opponent.
ive waited for him to do his turn...and i waited...and waited.
(it was classic 30+0 )
i thought, he just dont wanted to play further, cause the situation was kinda bad for him.
(or at least i took a rook for free)
and than the timer run out.
but i didnt got point nor did the "win/loose" sound play. wich was kinda weird.
so i refreshed the page.
and apperently my opponent DID make a move, probably a while ago and i was the one not moving...and loosing in the end.
lichess didnt gave me any notice in any way.
i just saw the timer going down from my opponent.

that was realy uncool, you know? :/

Prob ur connection had a stroke

As i said in Ur threat, games are aborted, when lichess restarts. It was more likely the connection, tht went down

no, it was not my connection.
i working on something in my cloud while i was "waiting".
and i played chess already a few times while the restart and i NEVER needed to refresh the page.
it always connected automatically after the restart.

Same with me. I suspected my internet might have been down, so I went to some webpages to make sure, that it was working.

I've had this happen to me and some opponents a few times in the last 2 days.

My connection is quite solid.

It has happened with me due to connection loss.
