Lag tests across the world

Has anyone made a lag test or something like that in diferent parts of the world? I live in Argentina and I have at least 3 seconds less than my oponents. I've lost several games where I make the move with 0.3 secondor less left but since it's not registered on the server before I run out of time, it doesn't count. And I can see the move made on my screen but still says I lost by time.

The lag test I wanted to make was to record a match from both sides and compare when was the move sent and when is the move recived by the other person. But I don't know if it's even necesary to do something like that.

These things happen. While you're playing Chess online, this will happen. Just take a deep breath, close your device and take interest in the beautiful nature of Argentina. Come back and have fun! Don't take 'Rating' too seriously.
I understand your pain as I've been through that often. But, I have learnt how to not regret it.

Although, you can have a lag test out here: lichess.org/lag
It might take 15-30 seconds to calculate, so be patient.

Pro tip: Play long-duration games like Rapid, Classical and Correspondence.
My tests over the past 20 years have shown clearly: Argentinian lag is among the worst lags technically possible.
Playing against Argentinians is among the worst experiences a chess player can have: They play slow and bad chess and beat you with the remaining 2 seconds, because due to their miserable connection these two seconds give them about 2 minutes to think.

Oh wait, the op is an Argentinian complaining about their bad fortune?! quite a surprise to me, to be honest ...
