Invisible Knights

At the start of a recent game, my knights were not appearing on the screen, as if it were an odds game. I asked my opponent if they could see my knights, and they said that they could. I was able to move the knights, but the icons did not reappear throughout the rest of the game.

Edit: It just happened again, but this time I was playing black and I couldn't see white's knights. Really makes it difficult to play

@XXIstCentury so do I just have to wait for it to be fixed or is there someone I can contact?
