Incorrect warning "Losing games on purpose will result in a ban."

Message "Warning, QueryString. Losing games on purpose will result in a ban." is clearly incorrect.

That losing was NOT on purpose. He/she really tried to win.

In fact, even IM may lose in 7:

Maybe it was a bit premature to give up there, because the engine gives it 'only' -2. You could play some more moves until it was clear that you will lose material.
It's hard for a human to see that the queen isn't lost, just as it is hard for a computer to see that it is. The evaluation drops to -4 at about depth 21: that's when Stockfish sees that 4. Ne3 b5! wins the queen (white will only be down a knight for two pawns after 4...Bf6? 5. Nd5! or 4...Be6? 5. Nd4!).
I just have requested computer analysis.

-2 is surely playable when 1900 plays against 1700. But when 1700 refuses to play -2 against 1900 then it is definitely NOT "Losing games on purpose".

The wrong idea behind the warning is that "a game may not be unintentionally lost at move 3". In fact, a game may be unintentionally lost at move 3 in 960.
Giving up a little too easily shouldn't get you persecuted by the site, I agree. If I blunder horribly maybe I don't want to play on, especially in tournaments when quitting gets you a fresh game faster.
Also note, that warning says "will result in a ban". While other warnings say "temporal ban", this warning says "a ban", that seems to be a permanent ban.
Maybe it's an automatic message for few moves. For a ban, I'm sure some human will look at it more deeply.
@game_spectator

Yes, it's a permanent ban (or at least one with no automatic time limit). Making your opponent wait for you or refusing to play a game you've started is merely rude, but deliberately losing rated games is rating manipulation, which is considered cheating.

Which also means the ban almost certainly won't be automatic unless you do it really obviously (like losing lots of 3-move games in a short time) - the games will be reviewed by a human.
