Hey guys,
I hope this is the right place to ask this. I've been running fishnet on my PC when I'm not using it for some weeks now, and so far it has been working perfectly.
However, today it tells me I need to "Please visit https://github.com/niklasf/fishnet and update manually" and "Local stockfish-windows-amd64-bmi2.exe is newer than release".
I don't have much experience with coding or Github, so I don't really know how to go about doing that. Analysis still seems to be working, so this isn't a critical issue, just something I noticed.
Thanks for your help!

They recently released a 2.0 version of fishnet. It is a complete rewrite. The programming language was changed from python to rust. Additionally, fishnet provides stockfish for you. You can no longer run your own version of stockfish. I imagine they are wanting consistent results as this new version utilized the latest version of stockfish that has machine learning capabilities.
There are some instructions down lower on the page your referenced but it isnt very detailed. I notice you mention a windows binary and I dont use windows so cant provide any assistance.
Pretty sure this is the updated windows version.
https://github.com/niklasf/fishnet/releases/download/v2.0.0/fishnet-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.exe
your probably should create a new ini file. Not sure how that was done earlier on windows.
