Help Files for Watching Games and Playing

Are there help files for how to watch/observe games (such as games with certain speeds and player strengths) and for playing and searching for suitable opponents?

I haven't found a help or support link. I did do a little searching in the forum and when I started to post, it suggested I go to Contact for support -- but that seems to only link to specific needs rather than offering to send questions to a contact.

So I'm trying this.

TV icon on user's profile to observe a particular user, e.g. lichess.org/@/DrNyet/tv
"Create a game" button on the main page allows you to specify +/- rating range and algorithm tries to match you with a suitable opponent. Or you can switch to a Lobby tab there and manually accept a seek that suits you.
