Half-point byes in Swiss tournaments request

Firstly, thank you so much for the Swiss tournament features, and the new feature to manually set the start time for each round. This is very very useful for a traditional chess club like ours and (following a trial) should enable us to run our annual weekend congress on Lichess.

As far as we can tell this is the behaviour around byes:

• If you have a bye because there's no opponent (odd number of players) it's 1 point.
• If you join during Rd 1 it's ½ point.
• If you take a bye after Rd 1 it's 0 points
• Not sure on the behaviour for players who join later in the tournament.

It would be great if the first time a player skips a round they get a ½ point for the round they skip, or for the number of byes a player can receive like this to be configurable in the tournament setup page (but allowing this once per player per tournament is a great default).

One player joined during Rd 1 and received a half point (and the text Late in their tournament summary). I withdrew myself for the start of Rd 2 and once play in that round was underway I rejoined the tournament but I receive 0 for that round (and the text Absent in the tournament summary). Players also received full point byes, represented by the text Bye in the tournament summary.

Yes, Swiss is a great feature!

One addition: it's possible to join the tournament in the first half of the tournament. If somebody joins for example in round 4, he gets one half point bye (so you miss three rounds and get one time a bye of a half point).
