Feature Request: Invite whole teams to studies and to simuls

Dear lichess crew: first of all, a big fat thank you for all your work! The site is fantastic and still getting better and I hope you can cope with all the traffic that you get during those lockdowns! You are doing a great job and we all appreciate it! I would like to suggest a slight improvement: how about the option of inviting/accepting complete teams into a study or a simul? That would be a great convenience for trainers/group leaders!

For simuls, if somebody holds a regular simul, it is visible in the team page.

Good idea but I don't always have time for simuls!
