Feature Request: Add a Message to a Challenge AND a Decline

Sorry if this is already a thing; if it is please lmk how to do it :)

If not:

It would be awesome if when we sent a challenge to someone; if we could also attach a message to the challenge.

Like: "Hey, we played together the other day; want to play again"?
Would appear above the Accept or Decline or something.

Even more importantly (to me) it would be great if you could do the same on the Decline.

Like; when you click decline have a add note button where you could say why you are declining.
"Sorry that time is too short for me"
"Sorry I'm in the middle of a game atm"

etc.

Why can you not use the in-game chatbox for this type of communication?
@fianchetto123
Do you mean Private Messages?

If so, That is what you currently have to do; and it would be so much more convenient to be able to add the message to the challenge.

Otherwise you have to pull up their profile; type out a subject & msg; fill out a captcha. Then send the message.

Not a quick process; and one that can cause a loss if your in the middle of a game. And; a lot of people simply wont go through the trouble. Would be a lot better if you could just type a response into the challenge;
"let me finish this game real quick and I'll challenge you as soon as its done"
Hit Decline and your done.

I just feel like a jack when I hit decline with no reasoning why. Hence my suggestion :)
That's not what I mean. I mean the chat box on the left side of the screen with which you can communicate with your opponent during a game.
@fianchetto123
Oh; well thats not available unless you are in a game with someone. I think you misunderstood what I meant by challenge. You can click on someones profile and click the swords to challenge that specific person to a game. Then something pops up on their screen saying accept or decline. In that pop up is where this 'feature request' message would appear.

@Thebigdecline
Good; now were getting somewhere. :) And a perfect name to go with the conversation haha. Tyz for your input.
Oh.

There's not any normal context under which I would be challenging someone to a game other than as a rematch after a just-finished game. I suppose if you regularly challenge random online friends to games this could be a useful feature. I was thrown off by the example quotes you used in the initial post, which seemed to suggest the normal scenario of challenging to a rematch while still in the window of a game which has just concluded.
@fianchetto123
Ah IC. You are right; my example quotes I used were pretty stupid and misleading. I edited them in an attempt to make them more understandable.

Thanks
