I don't know if anybody bothers because it is just random numbers given to chess lines, but in case you want these numbers to be correct I just noticed, that putting the Baltic Defense, 1.d4 d5 2.c4 Bf5 is saved in the Book under ECO Code D02 but it should be D06.
Sorry for the dumb question... what's your source?

My source is any website about chess ECO Codes.
Any website I search it says D02 is 1.d4 d5 2. Nf3 and D06 is Baltic Defense... But if I insert the moves to Lichess it would tell me D02 Baltic Defense.
I don't own any book about the ECO codes though.. If the websites are incorrect and D02 is the real Baltic Defense as lichess Opening book suggests I am sorry for being mistaken.

Oops, I misread your initial message as being the opposite of what it was saying. I'll fix this.

Another slight inaccuracy would be in the dutch variation of the slav defense. Lichess opening book calls it czech variation which is only correct until move Bf5. After it is more precise to call it dutch variation. But again, I don't know how much you bother about such things xD
