I'm not sure if this is a anticheat function used on lichess; but it should be.
On FPS Online games one of the most common anticheat tools that detects user mouse movement; being able to tell if the mouse is being user controlled or not. IE A mouse being controlled by a human will NEVER move perfectly straight. It will always have a 'wobble' no matter how meticulous the person is.
For some reason had this pop into my head; and seems like it would adapt perfectly for chess for piece selection to weed out the bots that are on here.
