disconnections ALL the time!

I dont know what is the problem but i cant even play blitz because i got disconnected every 5 seconds.

me too!!! i was thinking i had some kind of problem in my computer! lots and lots of disconnections and loosen games! please check that, i left chess.com because of this, can't play anything serious quicker than 5+3 or i lose by time, because time runs out or i play bad watching the clock turning red...

It’s probably just your internet connection. If it is then it doesn’t matter on what chess website you play, your connection is still the same no matter what.

need more help. youtube streaming ok, twich ok, even pokerstars and partypoker ok (and disconnections there could hurts much more :) )....

i had this discussion with eric himself from chess.com, sent pings, sent logs and they didn't understood why the connection fails so often. He said they were creating mirrors in europe in order to be more stable. When i start playing in lichess in december all were allright. Last month or so until now i can't have a game without a reconnecting... This happens in my home, in my work and in my wife's work, in my phone and in my laptop. Not as easy as "your connection have problems" for sure.

Maybe try to find if who have problems are from the same geographical zone. I'm from portugal. Where are you from @quuuuu ?

I ping right now lichess.org. Look in time, without reason i have time=508ms (half a sec). My guess if this is above x ms the connection goes off. This happens all the time, everywhere i play and test this.

I traced lichess and it seems they have the servers in France, near Paris. It is odd since it is very close from me and from you @quuuuu too... If you can, trace the lichess.org and see if this high time pings happen to you too.
