Couldn't claim threefold

In this game

I was black and after last Ke7 the position was repeated three times (moves 34, 36, 38), however I wasn't able to claim threefold repetition. I could only offer a draw (and I did).

Unfortunately, efforts to reproduce this bug were futile.

A recent thread here said a problem with three-fold has been recently fixed. Hopefully this case is covered too.
