I think that Lichess should add Correspondence Tournaments. Because it gives me more experience in games

no there is not lichess will catch them and ban then so nobody will cheat

Have you been able to find a reasonable answer to your inquiry elsewhere? I have not been able to find one. I'd sign up for correspondence tournaments.

Why would cheating matter? If a cheater is obvious, he can be disqualified, and if not, how would you even know about it?

correspondence is not that popular, so it would be hard to get enough players in a correspondence tournament
