Chat move advice = cheating?

I'm a relatively new streamer, and have been watching others for ideas. As a result, I've become aware of an issue that's really bothering me.

It's commonplace for those watching to feed moves to the streamer. In rated games. Even tournament games.

How is that not cheating? And, is there any way to prevent it from my own streams . . . other than the extreme measure of disabling chat?
I guess you'd need to let your audience know not to give you advice. Also only read chat when your opponent is thinking of a move. There's nothing Lichess can really do about this issue, I'd think.
