Can not access lichess without a VPN. (UAE)

Hello fellow lichess users, i have been dealing with this problem for months now. Lichess.org was working just fine for me for a few months, until one day the website was loading VERY slowly, and i could not make moves. And shortly after, it just would not load. It has been like this since, and i'm wondering if anyone knows a solution, cause or can assist in any way.

Other info:
-I live in the UAE. Lichess works with a VPN, but works very badly. (slow, takes seconds to move)
-I have tried clearing my cache, disabling extensions, making sure i have NOT violated the lichess rules and trying from different browsers.

or a antivirus check , viruses slow your pc down so do it it might help

@Doofenshmirtz Yes, it does not work on my phone nor PC. I have not tried the app, because i would much rather play on my PC. I am sure it is the latest browser, and i am using windows 10.

@DrZwischenzug My browser version (google chrome) is fully up to date. (Version 88.0.4324.182)
And i am not sure what a security check is

@Doofenshmirtz Good insight, and yes, the UAE does ban most VOIPs and that's what i would be thinking, however the site was working just fine for a time period, and since then i don't recall any new rules. Moreover a lot of websites that have VOIP work fine, as long as they aren't primarily VOIP, and since i found very little success looking for people with the same problem onlince, who live in the UAE, it's safe to assume that isn't it either.
