Bug: Opponents timer kept running until I lost on time

I was playing a blitz game and my opponent spent a good amount of time thinking about his move. At some point, I noticed his time had frozen. I opened the game in a second tab and discovered that he had played a move that had not appeared in our game, and my clock had been running the entire time.

I subsequently lost on time.

I have no idea what information to submit for a bug report. Maybe game id? Is there anything else I can do to help track this problem down?
Yeah it happens to me too, specially when I play on the lichess app to mobiles, I am already used to close and open the app affraid of that, it's not often though.
I hope someone explain that and solve the problem, that's really disappointing to lose this way
I should note... I'm a programmer and can use dev tools. Unfortunately, the tab is not still open. If this happens again, is there something I can check in my browser that would be helpful for debugging?
Happens to me too sometimes. Not a solution but a workaround would be to refresh the page when you see your opponent's time running suspiciously (I know it's vague, but I suspect you understand and I've caught and turned around a few of these this way).
But what about the opposite? ie, I was playing and losing with 10 seconds to time over, and suddenly my time is increasing 15 seconds 10 times, so I get 2min 20 secs.
In the chat screen states "white+15 sec" (10x)

is the opponent who make that?

Thanks
@Agora-Chess
Yes, that was given to you by the opponent. You can give 15 seconds of extra time to the opponent by clicking on the "+" button next to their name. People often do it when they see that their opponent's time is running out but they would like to continue playing the position.
@Agora-Chess No, not really courtesy, it's more just they realize you're running out of time and want to finish kicking your butt because they feel they are completely winning and want to rub your face in it. You'll never see it when you are winning and down on time.
