auto gg wp settings

In settings, there is a "Automatic good game, well played if draw or loss" option. In my experience, almost nobody says gg after they lose, but many people say it after they win. Why isn't there a "Automatic good game, well played if win" option, or a "Automatic _____ if _____" setting?
