Always playings as black

Hello guys. I have been experiencing a problem where I start all my games as black and then I never get to practice my openings as white. I tried to abort games at first and I kept on getting black, and then I got banned for an hour. Has anyone else experienced a problem where they keep starting as black?
Don't abort games, otherwise you will get a temporary playban duration of which will only increase with each new infraction.

As to your promlem, the system tries to balance the amount of your white and black games, and therefore will sometimes insist on a particular color.

I think that the engine should make me play as black only if I played white the last time and vice versa.
No. You played 697 games as white, and 686 as black.

The system forces you to equalize. Don't fight it.
The way it is now, either player can abort a started game and not risk any rating points until that player makes a move, the clock is also started from the first move made.
I think this is not the ideal situation because:
(1) Players can refuse to play with the black pieces by aborting games with black.
(2) If white plays an offbeat first move which black is not prepared for, black has free time to think about it.
(3) Players can refuse to play against some first moves by aborting the game if they are played.

I propose an alternative system that would fix all of these problems:
(1) When players are matched they do not see what colour is assigned to them, instead they only see a countdown timer (as currently), and two buttons labelled "abort game" and "I'm ready.".
(2) If either player clicks the "abort game" button during the countdown, the game is cancelled and the clicker gets one penalty point on their account (as currently).
(3) If the "I'm ready" button is pressed, it stays pressed until the end of the countdown, the opponent does not see if it was pressed.
(4) If at least one of the players did not play "I'm ready" when the countdown runs out, the game is cancelled and the player(s) who didn't press it get a penalty point.
(5) If both player press the button by the end of the countdown, the game is started and only then are the players assigned a colour.
(6) Now a short countdown, (perhaps 2 or 3 seconds) starts (it can be shown on the opponent's clock for each player) and white can premove during that time (black can too).
(7) Once this countdown ends it is as if black made move zero; either white's time starts running or white's premove is immediately played.

This fixes the problems with the current system:
(1) Players only get to see what colour they get when they have already committed to play the game and put rating points on the line, this eliminates the problem this thread is about.
(2) Black cannot abort a game because of white's move.
(3) Black does not get any free time to respond to an unexpected first move.
It would be best if the option to choose a color be dropped and all online games will be random when it comes to the color of the pieces played.
Yes, the problem of aborting is common in horde chess, where one player will abort a game in order to get the other color. This is kind of tiresome... play with what you get.
