Allow untitled players in the coaches list

Why? The Lichess coaches list is elitist. It seems, there are nearly no coaches allowed that are not titled. This leads to a price barrier of around 15 U$/h for english speaking , 10 U$/h for spanish speaking and 20 EUR for german speaking coaches. There are no cheaper ones.

That's a big lot of money for most part of the world. And even for the rich part of the world, it is for many people too much money to put into one hour of chess training.

I am sure there are lots and lots of players who would like to receive some personal training by lower rated coaches for lower prices. And I am sure there are lots and lots of coaches who would like to give some personal training to lower rated players for lower prices.

I am such a guy, I would love to give personal training for players rated below 1750 Lichess rapid for as low a price as 5 U$/h.
And I'm quite sure I could help those players quite well. But I cannot be listed in the Lichess coaches list. So I cannot get students.

So, if Lichess wants to live up to their founding purpose "of promoting and encouraging the play and study of chess", they should allow non-titled players to be coaches. This would promote studying of chess in large parts of the world and for many many people.

Not doing so prevents a large amount of people to study chess with a personal coach.
