A recommendation to prevent cheating.

Reliability is a must in the tournament.
It may be several levels. like A, B, C ...
for example, whether the lower levels of C group tournaments. Here are 50 tournament which has proven its reliability in the end, "Group B" can qualify to play in the tournament. "B" group, which has proven its reliability in 50 tournaments at the end of the "A" group can earn the right to play in the tournament. Thus, the players play in Group-A can play more taking pleasure.

If cheating in the A group, the account will be deleted again. Of course, that person will be to make it much more difficult.
I think this method would be a deterrent.

I look forward to your comments.
Thanks.
Off the top of the bat, being grouped in the lowest group (for anything) is never a pleasant feeling. Additionally, having to play in order to prove that you're an honest player is a flawed idea.

How would that work? You play 50 tournament games in which you don't cheat, then move to group B and do the same?

The point of Lichess is that you don't need to earn the "right" to use a feature/partake in its events. That's basically a "premium" membership. Everyone here starts off with the same rights. People can only lose some by being abusive towards other people in chats or by cheating.

I think the current system is good: lichess automatically reports/marks users, and they're always a bunch of mods who're combing through the reports. Their discussions about whether a user is cheating or not are pretty deep - looking not only at the numbers, but the play style, inconsistencies, etc...

So, I disagree with your because it's a very segregating system and because the current system works fine. And, it will keep improving.
Yeah, let's just assume every person is a cheater right from the start and then make them prove otherwise. That is a very inviting and logical approach that will surely make lots of people want to play chess on this Web site.

People obsess far too much over cheating on online chess sites. It's unfortunate it exists, and it's frustrating when you lose to it, but it's equally frustrating when crybabies insist everyone around them must be cheating because they lose. Just get the fuck over it people.
News flash: Your rating on this or any similar chess Web site is not scientific, doesn't matter, and isn't really hit that hard by cheating in the long run anyway.
btw: Deleting cheater accounts is not wise because they just create a new one and cheat again unflagged until you have to find them again.
makes no sense. the liches system is ok to me. But I dont know about the CIA, members are even marked cheaters.
A similar system has already begun to be implemented!
#3 +1, the only way to prevent cheating is to prevent people from playing.
