Why lichess does not ban cheaters/trollers in casual?

The best part of this thread is that the original poster is banned for using an engine

You’d think so, but a bot is somehow like a red flag for some folks. They lose a few games to a weak NN engine, then they whip out the Stockfish to teach it a lesson.
