Why is my blitz rating so volatile?

Seriously...One day I play and I get to 1350...some days later I can drop to 1150 and so on...I don't understand how I can be so bad some day and reasonably better other days??

200 pts up and down - this sounds quite normal.

Yes, this spread doesn't seem so radical... also, blitz is a volatile game. Many errors, time trouble, second guessing, all in less than 5 minutes... Its got its ups and downs for sure... just like the ratings show :)

It’s normal but interesting. Why this happens is the answer to improvement. I think tiredness is part of it.
