Yep, it has. That's why I play with people my rating often, so they don't rage quit and spam me.

They may assume your cheating somehow, and don't bother to investigate it since it's easier to just block. I'm under 2k but I've had 1300 players play like stockfish I also block them there's no point wasting time investigating it.

You don't raise your rating by blocking the people who defeat you, but by playing more and learning from them.
