Looked just one game. You fed intentionally a piece opponent. Calculating that line would not have been hard. Actually it is fairly impossible be around 1000 unless you give up your pieces for free. I do the same just not at much.
So calcu ok ate hitting series to end before starting them. Check your cannot be captured where you move it.

I lose ratings myself, wrong move order, not calculating properly and not seeing the threats can lead to losses. Just keep playing and eventually you will find yourself being the one with a pawn up or a piece up.

If you want to get better at chess, well, play good chess...and this starts at longer time controls. You cannot expect to be good at things you do quickly if you cannot do them well slowly.
And don't worry about your rating. You haven't played many games, and it will be volatile. Winning or losing 100 points is nothing to worry about, and often a matter of your form or mood that day. Losing always seems easier than winning it back, though.

but my bullet is just as good as my rapid both are 1100, but i am really only losing in blitz, not bullet or rapid i feel
Your ratings do not need to be at the same numbers - they are not designed to be.
If you feel you are better at bullet, you have learned to move the mouse (or your finger) faster... and you might have made it a habit to "not think but move" in longer time controls as well. It won't work there...
Play lots of bullet, and you can see your chess degrade rather quickly, especially when still pretty new to chess.

I know it’s hard to imagine someone saying it doesn’t matter how long it takes, but it really doesn’t. If you keep doing puzzles, watching content and not binging. Playing some longer games for a while, you’ll naturally adapt. That’s how the mind works, there’s no special case for anyone in my opinion just keep doing the good stuff you’ll get there.

i am also not great at blitz. i am better at rapid/classical, and am wondering the same thing
