if you don't have patience, i think you can't improve at chess. You need to get better at recognizing good moves and blunders. That means analyzing your games. trying to understand your mistakes. and then trying to implement improvements in games at longer time controls (where you have time to think about what you learned and apply it). Short time controls rely a lot on your reflexes. I don't think you reflect much or learn much that way. There was recently an analysis of whether number of games played on lichess correlated with improvement in rating. It didn't. Mot people played for years and just fluctuated around their starting rating. The most popular time control is Blitz. Those who improved tended to play far fewer games. I think because they were working on improving their chess with other activities besides playing: analyzing games, practicing tactics, getting instruction (books or coaches).
Yeah this happens sometimes with me too and I agree it sucks. But when I played blitz bullet and ultra everyday they were really streaky and I kinda didn't enjoy it. I have losing streaks in rapid and classical too but somehow I feel like I have more control over these streaks than faster time controls.

You must not have been healthy during this time or your opponents were higher than your level
i suggest you stop ultra bullet for a while and focus on blitz only if you want to improve at blitz. Then see your results. I think so you play like an ultrabullet moves when you are actually playing blitz
