why am i so bad all of the sudden?

this is what exactly happened-
yesterday i joined elite superblitz, lost 30 points in 30 minutes
today i played 9 games, lost EVERY SINGLE ONE, not even a draw!
now i am on a 11 game losing streak, my highest was 14, when i was rated 1057, AND I lost 70 points in the precious 2 days. last time this happened, I lost about the same amount over 4 days.
i was above 1900 for a good 5 days before today, then suddenly it seems like i'll fall to 1700 in no time, why is this happening?

Firstly, those things happen: You can play very badly some days, or face opponents that are just good-counters to you, and it doesn’t necessarily mean that something is going on.

Secondly, if you really think there is something going on, then try to compare yourself to how you were before this losing-streak happened: Try to recognise the differences in your sleep, quantity of your games, eating, exercise, etc - then, you might notice a/the difference.

@Akarsh_2010 Cuz You Play All Games Blitz and UltraBullet games. If You Play All This Faster Game, You Will Not Get Improve.

-why not play rapid?

-why not play Classcial?

Playing This Many Many Fast Games/variants Will Not Let You Improve.

because I don't have the 1 thing required for those time controls.

It’s not clear how yesterday you could join Elite SuperBlitz when you had 1959 at your peak, but nevertheless it means you have to take a little rest from chess. Just solve some puzzles several days and then come back and play games moderately.

Sometimes I lose 100 rating points, and eventually I gain them back. Your rating reflects your strength, and the law of averages will bounce you back to your rating strength after a while anyway, so it's best not to focus on the rating but rather your chess ability.

-If you lose 3 games in a row, maybe take a break and solve puzzles, or do puzzle racer/puzzle streak. This will help you not think you will keep losing and is doing something beneficial for your chess ability.

-every player experiences this feeling of "why am I playing so bad", so you're not alone. Remember when you learned to ride a bike, you had to get back on after you fell off. It's the same here, just keep getting back to playing and your rating will reflect your strength again and climb as you learn more and more.

But if you don't play slow games you'll never improve.
You have to take into account that not every chess player is interested in improving. Somebody consider chess as the sport with all the principles, somebody plays for fun.
