I'd say Capablanca, as he was an incredible master of the endgame, with very little opening knowledge. He was so dominant back in his prime, not losing in 7 years
Games from all masters are lovely, so I wouldn't know for sure whom to put. I admire Tigran Vartanovich Petrosian's play.
