What happens to people who are reported for cheating here?

Do they get banned right off, or do they get a warning if it's a first offense?
Of course they are banned. Thanks lichess, thanks Irwin.
Errr, I hope, that mere being reported does not lead to a ban. Neither the first time, nor any other time.
Yes cheaters are always banned. That's why this site is troll free unlike Chesscom
Yeah, I guess I was wondering what happens to the people who are actually proven to have cheated. It's good to know that they're dealt with seriously here.
They are required to get the "no cheating" certificate handed out by the Saudi Arabian consulate. Not surprisingly few have returned with one, proving their assumed guilt.
Using computer assistance dont equal a total ban. What happens is they get flagged as us computer assistance a shameful tag. This makes it so they can not play rated games or tournaments. They are still free to play casual games.
I just got reported and I am pissed (at least he said he was reporting me) made me paranoid as hell, looked over my games worried I made no mistakes or blunders (Imagine) I guess that's a reason to play unrated when your medicated, you won't surprise anyone... next time someone reports me, don't tell me.
