I've always thought of 'high level' as my rating + 200. '+200' seems to be the increment where the person not only is better at tactics but just understands chess better in most positions. (I still find structures where I can outplay a '+200' but they are few and specific.) '+400' is a large increment in almost all aspects esp. in precision.

What even is high level chess?
2400+ on lichess I'd say.
I know for my level im not good
This statement doesn't make sense to me.
If you play at a high level, you are good. If you play at a low level, you are "bad".
What is the point of gitting gud?
Fun.
"High level chess: Chess at a high level" available now on Netflix! The sequel to "High level chess" is finally here!
Better players at 2000 knows something that will help them win a game that only another 2000 players know ...u can try figured out by years of practice or get u some paid tutor to get that knowledge... nothing is free it requires sacrifice even money
At the time of writing: OP has 1820 blitz and 981 rapid with some recent games in it.
How is this even possible?
@BadAtBlindfold our rating can vary greatly depending on our MOTIVATION during the game. Because motivation leads to focus and focus leads to precision.
For instance, I play better at tournaments. And I won all 2200 opponents that came through, but drew against two weaker players just because I got too relaxed (less motivation/stamina during the game). With little motivation I could drop below 2000, but with full motivation I'm guessing I'd jump from to 2400+. I say that because that's the performance I get in tournaments when I am engaged.
Your rapid rating is WAY behind your blitz/bullet ratings, so I would guess that lack of motivation is your problem. My suggestion is to play OTB and then practice in Rapid tournaments to get better next time you play OTB. The social interaction is likely to bring you the motivation you need.
High level = My level - 100
