What do you do if you find yourself playing awfully ?

In particular by making an awful set of stupid blunders over a few days, like these.

I dont normally, unless i am short of time,in which case I often do but in these I was not.

Give up ?
I make enough of my own blunders to review yours !
Maybe post them in Analysis Forum and someone will help out.
In that elo it is normal that you give away pieces from time to time from time to time, including the queen.
No care for this
Very rude responses so far. No way to treat people asking for help.

In my opinion you are focussing too much on your own moves and not caring about what your opponent is doing. GM Tal Baron recommends after every move your opponent makes ask yourself - "what is his threat?" Just asking yourself this will hopefully reduce blunders. I know it has helped my game.
At least I know my brain tells me to 'do nothing, just keep on playing. It's the least stressful option'. To do nothing is surprisingly often my answer to the question, and it leads to doing the same mistakes over and over.

When blunder time comes around I switch the game to backgammon or poker to disctract my mind in order to renew its qualities and fresh look at the position. Especially if it is not a problem of being tired.

Adopting flexible mind will help. Basically if you keep 1 emotion during the whole game it is wrong. Flexibility of mind is a key to making less mistakes. One must be always open to everything the position offers and not being biased.
Whenever I blunder I quickly make my next move; maybe even premove something; to give the illusion it wasnt a blunder at all.

Doesn't work often; but sometimes it will 'scare' my opponent into making a blunder of their own.
